This machine is designed to handle a wide variety of materials and is ideally suited to most papers, films, foils, laminates and a wide variety of other materials.
The standard range of machines run at line speeds of up to 150 M/Min and higher speeds up to 600 M/min can be run as options.
Our coating machines are designed for coating most papers, films and non wovens and are used with hot melt adhesives & wax’s & pressure sensitive hot melt adhesives. It is also suitable for wax coatings and can have a laminator fitted for wax or adhesive lamination.
Coating is by slot die coater for higher viscosity coatings or by roller coaters for lower viscosity coatings and waxes.
